Nerd Day

Today
Today is Monday May 28, 2007 but it is also Nerd day. School started at 9:00 but we talked. So our day started at 9:05. The first thing we did was a Pre test on Patterns, Numbers, and Geometry in Math. The second thing we did was baseball in P.E. After recess we did word sorting. Then we went to guided reading. After that we marked math. After lunch we did homework than we did D.A.R.E.

Nerd Day
Today is May 28th 2007 but it is also Nerd day. Students if they want to can participate as dressing as a nerd. People have tucked in their shirts, carried text books, wore glasses, and pulled their pants way up, pulled their socks so they were touching their knees and a lot more. People even wore socks with sandals. Our teacher Mr. Oakes did it so did some other kids including me. Some people didn’t do it because they don’t like sprit week or just think people will not like them anymore. My friend and I think it is what is inside not on the outside. I hope people had fun with Nerd day. I am glad some people. But I still hope more people do Hat and gum day.

Richmond

My Family and I went to Richmond on Thursday May 24, 2007. My Dad, sisters
And I went to Vancouver and it wasn’t fun, cause my mom had to stay at the hotel for her
Workshop. And my dad, sisters and I went to Vancouver to go to Stanley Park to go to the aquarium,
And we went to the Parks and went to the pool to go down the water slide and swim around. My dad,
Sisters and I went back to the Hotel in Richmond. The hotel was called the Richmond inn.
On Saturday my dad, sisters and I went back to Vancouver and went on the sky train, science world,
And my sister lost her Kodiak digital camera. Catching the sky train was fun riding around Vancouver.
And I took pictures of GM Place (General Motors Place), science world and the sky train. My dad,
Sisters and I went to GM Place (General Motors Place) and went for a tour there and it was AWSOME!
GM Place is the Vancouver Canucks’s arena, that’s were they play hockey. Science world was cool,
It was fun and my dad, sisters and I enjoyed it. It has a hockey thing and I tried it and I had three shots
And I took three slap shots and I scored all of them with three shots. We went to the game room and played
Lots of fun games and we watched a movie how to eat fried worms at science world in the theatre room.
The movie was funny and we went back to the hotel, my family and I went to the outdoor pool to swim
Around, we were the only one there at the swimming pool. It was fun swimming at the swimming pool.
After swimming my family and I went to watch TV, we watched night at the museum it was a pretty
Good show. And on Sunday May 27, 2007 my family and I went to the Vancouver Giants game it was
awesome, It was the last game because it was the final game of the Memorial Cup the giants won the
Memorial Cup against the Medicine Hat and the score was 3 – 1 Vancouver giants. And my dad,
Sisters and I went on the sea bus twice. And going to the Greater Vancouver Zoo was even fun.
Going to Richmond was fun.
